Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is supposed to be launched in two variants, SM-N900 and SM-N905. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N905 have a 5.68inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1920 x 1080. Whereas SM-N900 is going to be powered by 1.8Ghz Samsung’s Exynos 5420 Octa core processor. SM-N900 will run with 3GB of RAM and ARM Mali-T628 P6 GPU. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will sport 13MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization. Phone is going to be running on latest Android version, v4.3 and will also be powered by 3200mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 includes Android Jelly Bean v4.3 that is a jump up from the Galaxy Note 2 which included Jelly Bean v4.1. The Note 3 includes a 2.3Ghz quad-core processor (LTE) and a 1.9Ghz octa-core processor (3G) by having an enormous 3GB of RAM.
